ADS is a nonprofit that was established in 2017 to inspire conversation and support its partners and allies in addressing critical issues fundamental to diversity, equality and economic opportunity. Our work is a continuation of a highly successful initiative started in 2010 at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. We support people and organizations networking together to bring a diverse collection of strategies, capacity and perspective for greater long-term impact and systemic social change.
